ADP Crisis: Confusion as deputy leader issues  verdicts on MKM

The Registrar,

Political Parties Registration Commission (PPRC)

Tower Hills, Freetown,

Sierra Leone.

Dear Sir/Madam;

Ref: Complaint Against the Alliance Democratic Party (ADP) National Chairman and Leader

I write to officially complain the Alliance Democratic Party (ADP) National Chairman and Leader, Mr. Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray to the Commission for its urgent attention and intervention.
On the basis that the Alliance Democratic Party was founded on the principle of shaping the political will of the people, I write to call the attention and intervention of the regulatory body that the leader and chairman of our party has clearly violated the good tenants of the party.
The party was founded to help all Sierra Leoneans to actualize their God’s given potential and a platform were Sierra Leoneans can be given the opportunity and responsibility to help build a better nation. But to my dismay and, want to believe the concerns of most members of the party that are contributing physically, financially and morally, that the leader has proven to be dishonest to not only our party members but Sierra Leoneans who should benefit from the help we are given to them.
Therefore, as deputy leader of the party I am calling on all members to come on board in saving our beloved party from the hands of the deceptiveness shown so far by Mr. Mansaray.
The party is a democratic institution that must be seen to have the right democratic structures but unfortunately, Mr. Mansaray is undermining that all important tenant of the party. He has selfishly and dishonestly handled all positions in the party as against modern democratic practice.
All executive positions home and abroad are virtually dormant based on the inappropriate behavior of our chairman and leader.
We would like to honestly inform your regulatory institution that we have lost confidence in the leadership of the party and our leader will not be nominated to the National Electoral Commission as flagbearer of our party.
We cannot present a presidential candidate to the people of Sierra Leone who has proven to be very dishonest to party members home and abroad.
As deputy leader I have called on all aggrieved members who left the party based on the unwanted behavior of its leadership to come back and to help save the ideology of the party and save Sierra Leone from decadence of corrupt governance.
Finally, the entire membership of the ADP want the Commission to urgently intervene and get Mr. Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray to thoroughly explain to us on how monies sent to him from the Diaspora wings of our party for salaries of staff at party’s Secretariat and the provincial offices was spent.
We also want the Commission to get the ADP leader to convincingly explain Section(s) in our Constitution that he has been using to single handedly and unceremoniously remove executive members of the party from their positions simply because they attempted checking on his excesses.
To crown it all, we want the Commission to get our leader to explain to us reasons why he has unexplainably refused to send membership cards of Sierra Leoneans who had registered with the party in the Diaspora.
Thank you in anticipation of your urgent intervention and support to save our political party.
Yours Faithfully,

Mr Ibrahim soumah
