As he renders the ruling All Peoples Congress (APC) useless in its political stronghold, Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray, leader and chairman of the Country’s only living opposition impressively stormed Marampa Chiefdom with hugely an unimaginable crowd.
The seeming successor of President Ernest Bai Koroma in 2018, Mohammed Kamarainba Mansaray, after being out of the Chiefdom for few months, was warmly welcomed by indigenes of the Chiefdom who rely on him as the savior of the poor and sufferings they undergo as citizens of Sierra Leone.
In celebratory moods and chanting victory songs, citizens in Port Loko District referred to the ADP leader as their next president and called on other Sierra Leoneans to embrace ADP and reject the Country’s two old political parties-APC and SLPP.
Fatima Gbla, a would-be first time voter told this medium she would be eighteen by 2018 when the Country will have a conduct of another general election, and that Kamarainba will be her choice.
“I am grateful to God for being part of the first generation that will make the right choice that will deliver a wrecked nation from her bondage,” she asserted.
Chernor Babagaldeh Bah, a former London Mining worker described the manner at which the Government has been handling the mining sector as “incompetent who thinks every benefit should be in their pockets and careless for the ordinary people.”
He referred to the ADP leader as a “heaven sent” who preaches the right message and send the right messages for a brighter future.
“I have been voting for the past 2 decades, and I have never seen a leader who has been this open to the issues of the common people as Kamarainba,” he confessed.
Chernor pledged his 2018 vote to the ADP leader with a strong opinion that “there is nothing great than having the right person at the right place at the right time.”
The articulate Kamarainba thanked and appreciated his supporters at his party’s office in Lunsar after a marathon rally around its township.
He assured them that he will not misuse the trust they have bestowed on him and that their long suffering will end in 2018 by choosing him as the next president of Sierra Leone.
“The sun is hot, but I’m here with the umbrella that will see you through. President Koroma has failed you, but you should also deliver his failed report card at the ballot box in 2018 and only then you will enjoy a prosperous Country,” he noted.
