He says he is a sierra Leonean. With 19 years with UN he has noting to show in his country

He has spent 19 years with United Nations. He was heading the renewable energy sector with UNIDO.
He says he is a sierra Leonean. With 19 years with UN he has noting to show in his country, His country faces the worst energy sector in sub-region Africa. Only when he is out of UN that he has got plans for his country.
Is this guy really taking Sierra Leoneans serious?
My Question: if you couldn’t help your country with energy when as Energy boss in the UN, will you do when outside of UN? Please Mr. Man, dont come and confuse us with your

Energy stories….
