What really do Mr. Bio and his Paopa group think they would achieve by deceitfully calling Maada Bio a “father of democracy” in Sierra Leone? Are these piece of lies representative of the Paopa new generation leadership style and distributing such irresponsible baseless claims indicative of the end of the quality leadership of Mr. Maada Bio?
Is Maada Bio and his Paopa faction mistake these deceitful tricks for the ‘Democratic Leadership Qualities’ associated with standard ethical values that must be protected at all costs and never be destroyed? Are Sierra Leoneans and the wider international community supposed to join Maada Bio and his Paopa faction celebrate this ‘feat’?
It is high time a thorough evaluation of the past and current activities of the various people eying the seat of Presidency in Sierra Leone the actions of most of the people planning to succeed President Koroma are completely at odds with democratic leadership qualities and we need to open some free democratic thematic leadership lectures for Maada Bio and his likes to attend in order to boost them up properly in reflecting their past actions to enable them to ascertain the efficacy of such training to modern day realities. It’s either the curricular of the negative democratic training institutions they attended or attending are suspect or Sierra Leone has grow enough over the years under the Agenda for Prosperity to an extent where it can potentially accept dangerous intellectually challenged leaders to the seat of Presidency leading to voters of the coming elections not imbibing what they had been taught by Bio and his likes. I doubt that the arbitrary killings of fellow nationals by Bio and his likes during their so called National Provisional Ruling Council, their criminal act in destroying fellow nationals lives, Bio and his guys desperate efforts to destroy our democracy when they partnered with the rebels to asked for “Peace before Election” and Bio’s act in embezzling tax payers monies and slept away with it, his acts to later joined in the academic field where he spent or is spending part of the embezzled tax payers monies all these could have taught Bio and his Paopa faction that democracy never sleep in the same bed with people that are true criminals and has blood of fellow nationals in their hands.
The fact that what Maada Bio claim to be is at variance with the known fathers of democracy in Sierra Leone does not seem to douse their misplaced sense of achievement. And to imagine that the Paopa faction can still parade these lies around in this modern age where facts are very easy to come by, is itself disgraceful to put it mildly. Clearly, these guys are far more clueless than one had ever envisioned and the malaise is clearly getting worse by the day.
